Wow. Saturday!

We had planned to do a little video Saturday morning, to remind everyone we were open for our beef pop-up… but we just didn’t get the chance. We were non stop busy from the minute we opened the gates, actually before we had the gates opened we had people waiting to get in!! 

Lots of lovely returning customers that have previously bought lamb from us, but over 60% were brand new and hadn’t been to see us before which is amazing. 

The feedback we have had has been incredible, we’ve received so many messages praising how fantastic the taste of the meat is and how pleased people are with what they’ve purchased

It’s always a gamble doing a pop-up shop. We aren’t loading up a lorry for Waitrose for a guaranteed easy quick sale at an agreed price… We have to pick a date and pray we haven’t got it wrong and every man and his dog isn’t on holiday. We have to decide on a list of cuts for our butcher, and hope it’s what people want this week. We have to advertise and hope the Facebook algorithm decides to like us when we need it to! Thankfully this weekend has been a big success for us, thank you so so much to everyone that came along to buy from us!
