Thank you so so much to everyone that came along to see us Saturday for our first ever pork pop up shop! We had a queue of people before we had even opened, and were pretty much non stop busy all morning.
It’s always a bit of a guess as to how much meat to have available, even more so when it’s something different we haven’t done before. 4 pigs butchered and we sold 3 and a half we’ve got a few bits left that we will post tomorrow.
