Easter is just around the corner – the perfect time for spring lamb!

Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th April, 9am-1pm or until we sell out!


As a thank you for subscribing to our newsletter, you’re invited to reserve your favourite cuts of lamb from our carefully raised selection, on a first-come, first-served basis, ahead of our pop-up shop opening.


We are a proud supplier of lamb to Waitrose, on there Dorset scheme, aiming to achieve a supply of year round British lamb. We have almost fulfilled our Waitrose supply quota, which means we have a great selection available for our own customers via our pop-up shop.


What makes our lamb special?


Our Dorset sheep are excellent mothers, producing strong lambs. We lamb in September, rather than the traditional Spring time, offering us the unique ability to provide lamb meat for the Easter market,


Our lamb is naturally slow-grown and 100% outdoor-reared, grazing on a mix of cover crops, grasses, and herbal leys – with no additional feed, our perfected rotational grazing system ensures all of oursheep thrive this way, with no additional hard feed required. Unlike many farmers who finish lambs on intensive compound feeds, and feed mothering ewes up with sheep nuts, we let our lambs mature naturally, giving that sweet, rich, spring lamb flavour we are so proud of.

We are thrilled to sell our meat locally, right here in our village and surrounding areas. The feedback from previous years has been exceptional, and we work hard to offer a product that is high quality, traceable, and fairly priced.


One memory from our very first farm shop has stayed with us. A lovely customer said: "There are a lot of farm shops buying in products from here, there, and everywhere, but finding a true farm shop where everything they sell is their own – that’s extremely rare."

Traceability, food miles, and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Half Leg of Lamb (bone in) £25 per kg

Shoulder (boned and rolled) £20 per kg

Rack of lamb (whole untrimmed) £30 per rack

Lamb Cutlets (individual cutlets from the rack) £8 pack of 2 cutlets

T-bone / Loin chops (pack of 2 chops) £25 per kg

Breast of lamb (boned and rolled) £15 per kg

Boneless Chump / Rump Steaks (pack of 4) £25 per kg

Neck Joint (bone in) £15 per kg

Knuckle (bone in) £15 per kg

Liver £15 per kg

Kidney £15 per kg



If you’re looking for a specific cut of lamb that isn’t listed in our standard selection, we’re always happy to help. We work closely with our experienced and knowledgeable butcher, so if you have a special request or a particular cut in mind, we will do our best to accommodate you. We have included our handy "cuts of lamb guide" for your reference.


If you’d like to pre-order, simply email us with your requirements at hungarylanefarm@gmail.com. Please pre-order by Friday 27th March.

Pre-ordered items will be ready for collection on Thursday 2nd April. Any remaining items will be available to the general public at our pop-up shop on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th April, 9am-1pm or until we sell out!
